Kaja Timter strengthens Bayern Kapital with many years of experience in human resources. The graduate in business administration completed her studies at the University of Regensburg and is primarily responsible for the care and support of employees. She places particular importance on a respectful interaction, trust, and collaboration on equal terms. Outside of work, Kaja prefers to spend her time with family and friends. To unwind and recharge, she enjoys swimming, reading a good book, or practicing yoga.
