Bayern Kapital GmbH endeavours to ensure that its website is accessible to all. The legal basis for this is the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Regulation (BITV). 

This website is not currently fully compliant with the requirements of the BITV. The identified issues have been forwarded to the relevant development teams, who are currently working on implementing the necessary measures to rectify them.

Non-accessible content

The following areas are not fully accessible in some instances:

• Alternative text for control elements: In some cases, the link destination is not always clearly identifiable in the alternative text, and buttons with icons do not always have alternative text that adequately describes their function.
• Alternative text for images and objects: The alternative text provided is, in some cases, incomplete: the visible content of the image is not always described in full.
• Quotations: The website contains quotations as standalone sections; however, these have not been marked up using the semantically correct <blockquote>-element.
• In some cases, generic link text such as ‘read more’ or ‘continue reading’ is used, which does not always adequately describe the purpose of the link.
• In some cases, PDF, Word or other documents may not be accessible.
