Ariel Golan

Ariel has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager and investor in the technology sector, and has a broad network of founders, start-ups, companies, investors and the public sector.

Prior to Bayern Kapital, where he recently joined the Growth Equity team under Wolfgang Dengler, Ariel worked for several years at a family office as a transaction manager and then for over 5 years at the European Clean Tech investor EIT InnoEnergy, where he expanded and significantly developed the Europe-wide portfolio as part of the core team.

Ariel holds a degree in electrical engineering, an intermediate diploma in business administration from LMU Munich, as well as a certification as a private equity and venture capital analyst from the TUM School of Management.
