Thanks to oculai, construction companies receive full transparency for their construction sites for the first time.

oculai is a technology for automated process and progress recording on construction sites using crane cameras and artificial intelligence. For this purpose, plug-and-play cameras are provided for the construction site and mounted at high positions (such as top-slewing cranes). After linking to the original schedule, various construction processes are recorded and localised from the image material.

Via a web app, users get access to the automatic target-actual schedule for progress monitoring, self-writing daily construction reports, time expenditure values for various services and other key figures, as well as extensive camera functions. Thanks to the complete and automatic construction documentation, construction management and project management teams save approx. 20% of their working time. In addition, new insights into productivity and efficiency are gained and the calculation is made more precise. Currently, oculai is mainly used on shell construction and infrastructure projects.
