The systems allow the precise production of optical 3D connections at any position between chips, packages and printed circuit boards (PCB). The company was founded on September 13, 2013 as a spin-off from the Fraunhofer ISC and is based in Würzburg. The first LithoProf3D 3D lithography system was launched on the market in February 2015. The system can handle standard 3D structuring processes and unusual process sequences with different exposure strategies - high-precision 3D printing from the nanometer to the centimeter scale for photonic and biomedical products.
