The analysis of molecular interactions can decisively advance not only basic research, but also drug research, as well as cell and gene therapy development. Dynamic Biosensors GmbH has developed a biosensor platform on the basis of which two different device series and technologies are offered. 

The first device (heliX/heliX+) is a DNA nanotechnology-based biosensor for the measurement of molecule-molecule interactions and enables the acquisition of a wide range of bioanalytical parameters using switchSENSE® technology. Based on 10 years of experience in biophysics and biosensor technology, Dynamic Biosensors GmbH has expanded its developments to new areas in 2023. 

With the heliXcyto biosensor, the company has developed an innovative technology called Real-Time Interaction Cytometry (RT-IC), with which molecular interaction can be measured directly on cells. This technology is based on the immobilisation of single cells on the chip surface by means of micro-cages made of biocompatible polymers and aims to close the gap between classical biosensor technology and cytometry. 

The Dynamic Biosensors team consists of more than 60 life science specialists in Germany (Munich) and the USA (Woburn, MA).
