With more than 100,000 connected buildings and 2 million utility units, casavi is already one of the most wide-reaching prop tech solutions for real estate property management in German-speaking countries. Currently, around 1,300 real estate management and housing companies rely on casavi’s cloud solution. The software solution focuses on core functions such as intelligent process management, a customer portal including an app for tenants and owners and a digital service provider platform relay. These facilitate collaboration between up to 55,000 service providers.
