Matthias Buchinger

Matthias Buchinger studied management and technology at the Technical University of Munich. In addition to positions at Siemens and Bayern LB, Matthias has worked in business development at two Munich start-ups. After completing his master's degree, he also worked in research at Fortiss for over two years. In 2022, he joined Bayern Kapital as an analyst, and now works as an investment manager in the Early-Stage team. He is particularly interested in topics related to Green Energy, AgTech, MedTech & resilient supply chain. The partnership-based cooperation and the exchange with founders and know-how carriers, as well as the opportunity to support the development of exciting companies, are what inspire Matthias about his job at Bayern Kapital.
